New England Real Estate Agency Atrio Properties
Selects Savvy Agent to power new Corporate Website
-- Functionality will replace those lost with discontinuation of Realtor.com in Northern New England --

Portsmouth, NH - Port City Web, LLC, (www.portcityweb.com/) a national full-service Web solutions provider offering strategy, design, implementation and support of services for Web and IT initiatives, today announced that Atrio Properties, a New England based Real Estate Agency servicing Northeastern Massachusetts, Southern Maine, and most of New Hampshire, has selected Savvy Agent (www.savvy-agent.com) as the MLS/IDX solution powering Atrio’s new website. Savvy Agent provides Real Estate Agents and Brokers with powerful and user-friendly tools for collecting and managing leads, showcasing MLS listings, and streamlining marketing efforts.

Improved Listing Services
Atrio’s Savvy Agent powered website, to be launched during the second quarter of 2004, will include functionality for visitors to search single family homes, condos, land, multi-family homes and commercial properties. Visitors will also be able to save searches and listings, get automatic daily or hourly email updates on new listings, and easily schedule showings of properties – all online.

Complete Lead Management
In addition to the complete line of administration tools that are offered with Savvy Agent, Port City Web will develop additional tools to meet Atrio’s requirements. One of these enhancements will automatically assign and deliver new online generated leads to Atrio’s agents in a fair and equitable fashion – saving hundreds of man hours annually while improving online communications with potential new clients.

“This couldn’t have happened at a better time,” noted Aaron Brown, President and owner of Atrio Properties. “With Realtor.com no longer listing properties in Northern New England, the new Atrio website will replace the lost functionality that users became accustomed to with Realtor.com. Our new website, powered by Savvy Agent, and integrated with the new design that Brigham Pendleton Design is developing for us, will make AtrioProperties.com a destination for people looking to buy and sell homes in New England.”
