RECHANNEL Communications Acquires Net Technologies Corporation
Miami, Florida, December 9, 2004 – RECHANNEL Communications, Inc. (www.rechannel.com) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Net Technologies Corporation. RECHANNEL provides high-end custom website design for leading real estate brokers, agents and developers throughout the United States, Canada and the Bahamas and currently manages over 600 real estate websites internationally.
Jorge Fernandez, President of Net Technologies, has been named Director of RECHANNEL’s Sales and Marketing Department.
